Information on Admission

 

 

Collection of Application Forms (No quota) :

  1. Download from school website

  2. Obtain from school in person

Distribution of Application form :

  1. Period : Collected throughout the year

  2. Time : 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays)    ； 9:30a.m. to 12:00 noon (Saturdays)

Return of Application Forms (No set number of quota for the kindergarten):

  1. Period : On or before 11th October 2025(The first stage interview) , Collected throughout the year thereafter.

  2. Time : 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays)    ； 9:30a.m. to 12:00 noon (Saturdays)

  3. Return method : Submit the application form in person

                Together with the documents required :

                 ~Original and copy of the child’s Birth Certificate

                ~Original and copy of the child’s Immunization Record

                ~Two recent photos, sized 1.5”X 2” 

                ~Two stamped return envelopes

  1. Application fee : HK$40(The application fee is non-returnable whether the application is successful or not.)

 

Application for the“ 2026/27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”

  1. The Government will implement the “Free Quality Kindergarten Education Scheme” (hereafter referred to as “Scheme”) starting from the 2026/27 school year. Each child who can receive education in Hong Kong will only be issued a registration document and all Scheme-KGs can only admit students holding a valid registration document.

  2. Parents are required to submit an application for the “2026/27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred as “RC”) to EDB from September to November 2025. The “2026/27 RC” will be open for applications in September 2025 and EDB will announce and upload the details of application onto EDB’s website in due course. https://www.edb.gov.hk/en/edu-system/preprimary-kindergarten/kindergarten-k1-admission-arrangements/front.html

 

 

Admission Criteria

  1. Interview performance

  2. Applicants with sibling(s) currently studying in the kindergarten will be given due priority consideration

  3. Catholic children

  4. Applicants living near the school

  5. Applicants with a past family connection to the kindergarten (a supporting document is required).

  6. Priority will be given to applicants with family needs for Whole Day classes.

*As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.

 

Interview Arrangements

  1. The kindergarten will arrange interview for all applicants

  2. Interviews will be conducted on 8th November 2025(Saturday)

  3. Individual interviews will be arranged

  4. Parents should accompany their child for the interview

  5. Interview is mainly conducted in Cantonese (supplemented by Mandarin or English if necessary)

  6. When interviewing NCS children, We should arrange translation service for applicants where necessary.

Announcement of Admission Results

K1 admission results will be notified before mid of December 2025 by post.

 

Registration Arrangements

Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 8 to 10 January 2026(“Centralised Registration Dates”) by submitting the “2026/27RC”to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.

  1. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the“2026/27RC”quired to submit application for the registration document to EDB within the specified period.

  2. The registration fee for  2026/27  K1  place is HK$970 for Half Day Session and $1,570 for Whole Day Session. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the “2026/27 RC”but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2026/27 RC”, the kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.

  3. The Education Bureau will have online announcement about the vacancy status of each school  in early February 2026.
